EMMETT TOWNSHIP SPECIAL MEETING

1:00 P.M.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS MEETING IS FOR THE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO HOLD A BUDGET WORKSHOP TO DISCUSS THE DRAFT BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR APRIL 1, 2026 TO MARCH 31, 2027, AND TO MAKE BUDGET CORRECTIONS TO THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR’S BUDGET.

This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.72a (2) (3), and the American with Disabilities Act.

The Emmett Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon request.

**This is a public hearing on the PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2065/2027.

The Emmett Township Board of Trustees complies with “The Americans Disabilities Act” and if auxiliary aids or services are required at the meeting for individuals with disabilities, please contact the Township Clerk (5) days prior to said meeting.
