ELECTION INSPECTORS NEEDED

Emmett Township will have three elections in 2024. The passage of Proposal 2022-2 requires 9 days of Early Voting for statewide and federal elections in addition to election days themselves. We are in need of election inspectors to help staff these added days. You do NOT need to be a township resident to be an election inspector. Our first election is the Presidential Primary which is tentatively set for February 27. Early Voting requirements begin the second Saturday before an election through the Sunday before an election. This brings us to February 17 for the start of Early Voting. Our next two elections will be in August and November.

Early Voting days will begin at 8:30am and Election days will begin at 6:30am. Pay is $15/hr.

If you are interested in becoming an election inspector, please reach out to us by
