Carrie Kot Treasurer 2008-Present Carrie Kot was appointed Treasurer of Emmett Township on March 12, 2008, after serving as Deputy Treasurer since May of 2006. She graduated from Capac High Shool and holds an Associate's Degree from St. Clair County Community College. Carrie is married to Martin Kot and they have 3 children. Carrie is a member of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.
